We will work together to deliver them fresh and ready to heat & eat, whenever you have the time. The meals, snacks and teas are carefully created with postpartum healing in mind, so you are sure to get the daily nutrition and nourishment your body needs while you heal from the pregnancy and birth.

Chef Jen prepares three fresh soups every week! They are all nutrient dense and created to aid in postpartum healing, while also being easily digestible and safe for lactating people. Your health and healing is our main priority!

We have soups for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans, so you will have plenty of choices. Just contact us through the chat option on the site, or via WhatsApp to find out the soups of the week.
