Meet Jodi

Her book on postpartum recovery was published in 2014 - The Postpartum Survival Guide - which is available on Amazon. She teaches her Postpartum Survival Course based on the book several times a year.

A Bit About Me

I have a love and passion for helping people. My heart has been with postpartum care for over 20 years, after my first daughter was born and I discovered that I had little to no support. I knew then that things were supposed to be different, that we need help, and we needed to be able to ask for that help without guilt. Since then I have made it my life's work to create safe spaces for birthing people, providing kind and compassionate care with complete understanding of what you're going through, because I've been there.
